Thank you for shopping with BELLARA. All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.
Please note: Processing time may be longer during peak periods, holidays, or due to high order volumes.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Standard Shipping  7 business days  5.95 NIS
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Actual delivery time may vary depending on your location and shipping carrier.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your package via the link provided in the email or by logging into your account on our website.

Shipping delays may occur due to weather, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
If your package is delayed or missing, please contact the carrier first using your tracking number.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)
BELLARA is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes applied to your order. All charges imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
7. Incorrect Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses provided by the customer.
